Refund Policy

Free trial

Your first 7 days are free. If you cancel before the trial ends, you are not charged. There is nothing to refund.

After the trial

If you cancel after being charged, we do not automatically refund the remaining days of the current month. You keep access to the digest until the end of the paid period.

If the service failed you

If we did not deliver what you paid for — for example, if a scheduled Tuesday digest failed to reach you, or the filter engine returned obviously broken data — email us at hello@formationalert.com and we will refund the affected month in full, no questions.

You changed your mind quickly

If you were charged and realise within 7 days of the first charge that Formation Alert is not for you, email us and we will refund that first payment in full.

How to request a refund

Email hello@formationalert.com with the email address you subscribed under. We aim to reply within one working day and process approved refunds within three working days.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first. Most disputes are miscommunications we can resolve immediately. Chargebacks bypass this and cost both of us.
